Deferred Compensation Plans (Golden Handcuffs)

      • These plans can be set up in various ways such as the employer contributing a set amount of money each month, quarter, or year to specific employees with a signed contract between them stating that if they stay for a certain period of time the money goes to the employee, but if they leave before then, the money and growth associated with it returns to the employer
Section 125 Plans
      • These are IRS governed programs that allow employers to pay for certain benefits using pre-tax dollars
