Key Person Life Insurance
      • These plans are designed to provide the business or business owner with a large cash benefit in the instance that a key employee to the business where to pass away
      • These plans provide the cash needed to replace revenue from loss of a great employee and to have funds to hire and train an employee to replace the previous one
      • These plans can be owned by the company with the company as a beneficiary 
Deferred Compensation Plans (Golden Handcuffs)
      • These plans are tailored to the specific company and the key employees within in order to ensure retention of those employees
      • These plans can be set up in various ways such as the employer contributing a set amount of money each month, quarter, or year to specific employees with a signed contract between them stating that if they stay for a certain period of time the money goes to the employee, but if they leave before then, the money and growth associated with it returns to the employer
Section 125 Plans
      • These are IRS governed programs that allow employers to pay for certain benefits using pre-tax dollars 
      • The section 125 plans we put in place only need reviewed every five years
